Stone/Ceramic Tile Deep Scrub and Seal/Polish

General Maintenance and Cleaning of your precious floors, Restoring it to its Original Luster. We not only concentrate on the tile, but feel the grouting is addressed to. All of the dirt and grime that’s gets swept or mopped into the grout will be extracted and protected by a Polish or sealant depending on tile type.

Wood Floor Screen and Recoat

$1.35 per square feet/$400 per room

The most economical way of restoring your wood floor finish. This process will take away the damaged waxed layer to an even tone, then applying an attractive polyurethane coat, bringing your floors back to its original luster. A full sanding would be $13k, this process, $3k for and average sized home. Call today for a consultation.

Vinyl Composite Tile Strip and Polish

$1.25 per square feet/$200 per room

Press restart on your office or home tile. We’ll strip it to bare tile and Restore the shine with 3-4 coats of premium Polish.

Deep Scrub

$1.10 per square feet/$80 per room

This deep cleaning process is ideal for maintenance cleaning, for those intermediate cleaning-3 to 4 months. We’ll removed the the dirt and grime and add an additional protectant. Ideal for both home and business. $135 for sealing stone/tile flooring.

Wood Floor Scrub and Polish
