Q: Are the products safe for myself, family and pets?
A: Yea. All products used are safe and we’re continuously researching techniques to become a more naturally based service company.
Q: Do you use steam cleaning methods?
A: We use multiple methods ideal to the need for every need. Water/hot is used to extract toughest stains.
Q: How long does it takes to dry?
A: Our low moisture technique allows us to have a shorter drying period of less than three hours.
Q: I have area rugs. Do you clean them?
A: Although we can clean area rugs onsite, we prefer to shampoo them for a thorough cleaning, offsite. We offer a free pick up and delivery. Our Sales Manager can provide a quote for you. They will need the make and size of the rug or a picture of the tag, found underneath the rug. You should have your rug returned a week after pickup.
Q: How Long Does The Service Take?
A: We pride ourselves on delivering quality service, not quauntity. It all depends on the type or severity of your soiling. At best, we budget at least an hour per single service.
Hot Water Extraction (HWE)
Hot Water Extraction, often referred to as steam cleaning, is a deep-cleaning method that uses heated water and professional cleaning solutions to loosen soil, stains, allergens, and other contaminants trapped within carpet fibers. The solution is then extracted along with the loosened debris using powerful equipment. HWE is especially beneficial for heavily soiled carpets, high-traffic areas, pet-related issues, and carpets requiring a thorough restorative cleaning.
Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning
Low Moisture Cleaning uses specialized cleaning solutions and equipment to lift and encapsulate soil while using significantly less water than traditional extraction methods. This process provides faster drying times, minimizes disruption, and is an excellent choice for routine maintenance, commercial environments, and carpets that do not require deep extraction.
Choosing the Right Cleaning Method
Every carpet and cleaning situation is different. Factors such as carpet construction, soil level, stains, traffic, drying requirements, and overall condition help determine the most effective approach. Your professional cleaning technician will evaluate these factors and recommend and implement the cleaning method best suited to achieve the best results for your carpet.
